This is my first post ever! I read SO many nutrition blogs so I figured I'd start my own. I'll start posting some recipes and (maybe) workouts ASAP....I only say maybe to workouts because the workouts I do are mostly stolen from other blogs, but we'll see! Since I'm only 22 and still in college, my recipes will cater towards the busier people who are like me and barely use kitchen appliances besides a vegetable knife, stove, microwave and occasional blender. I'm excited to document my lifestyle because I feel like it'll help me remain driven in my quest for a more healthy lifestyle.
